You can delete your StewardAI account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
1.Delete from inside the app
Open StewardAI, go to Settings › Account › Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.
2.Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@debouillet.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my StewardAI account". We verify ownership before deleting anything, and confirm by email when it is done.
3.What gets deleted
Permanently removed within 30 days of your request:
- Your profile and authentication records
- Account information (name, email address, organization)
- Conversation practice transcripts and coaching scores
- ANCHOR framework assessment data
- Meeting notes, recordings and generated summaries you choose to add
- Performance review drafts and feedback you write in the app
- Device identifiers and basic analytics events
4.What we retain, and why
We keep transaction and invoice records where tax and accounting law requires it (typically seven years), and minimal fraud-prevention records. These are retained in isolation and are not used for any other purpose. Anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you may remain.
5.Export your data first
Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore an account afterwards. If you want a copy of your data, email privacy@debouillet.com before you delete and we will send a machine-readable export within 30 days, at no charge.
6.Timeline
- Immediately — your account is deactivated and sign-in stops working
- Within 72 hours — personal data is removed from live production systems
- Within 30 days — copies are purged from encrypted backups as they rotate
- Confirmation email sent when the deletion is complete
7.Content shared with an organization
Records your organization owns — membership history, assigned programs, workspace content you contributed on its behalf — remain with that organization after you leave, because it is a separate controller of them. Ask its administrator to delete those records, and contact us if they need help doing so.
8.Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or you will continue to be billed.
