AI Product Engineer

Ship client AI applications end to end — Claude-powered workflows, agents and the product surfaces around them.

You'll own

Design and ship AI features on Anthropic's Claude (tool use, RAG, evals)
Own a client build from brief to launch, including the front end
Turn repeated client work into licensable Debouillet products

We look for

3+ years shipping production TypeScript/React
Real experience with LLM APIs, prompt design and tool calling
Comfort owning scope, not just tickets

Full-Stack Engineer

Build the web platforms behind our ventures: React front ends, Postgres data models, integrations that stay up.

You'll own

Build React + TypeScript applications on Supabase/Postgres
Model data, write RLS policies and keep the API surface tight
Instrument, monitor and fix things before clients notice

We look for

Strong React, TypeScript and SQL fundamentals
You've owned a production database schema
Bias toward shipping small and often

iOS Engineer (SwiftUI)

Take our venture apps through App Store review — SwiftUI, HealthKit, Live Activities, StoreKit subscriptions.

Build SwiftUI apps for Thrivletic, You&Me and Social Sips
Own StoreKit subscriptions, review submissions and release notes
Integrate HealthKit, Live Activities and Watch complications

We look for

Shipped at least two apps to the App Store
Fluent in SwiftUI and modern concurrency
Patience with App Review, and a plan for getting past it

Product Designer

Give every venture a distinct visual identity — design systems, motion and interfaces that never look templated.

Own design systems and tokens across multiple ventures
Design flows, not just screens — onboarding through retention
Pair directly with engineers in the browser

We look for

A portfolio of shipped product work with a point of view
Fluency in Figma tokens and hand-off to Tailwind systems
Motion and interaction craft

Growth & AEO Lead

Own how Debouillet and its ventures get found — by search engines and by AI answer engines alike.

Run technical SEO and answer-engine optimization across the portfolio
Build content programs that rank for AI workflow and agent queries
Turn organic demand into qualified build requests

Proven organic growth results you can walk through
