2.Get help
Email support@debouillet.com with your account email, your device and iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help.
We reply to every message within one business day, and aim to resolve confirmed bugs in the next release.
3.Billing and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or request a refund, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4.Report a security issue
Please disclose responsibly to legal@debouillet.com. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and will keep you updated until the issue is closed.
5.Response times
Our targets, measured on business days (Mon–Fri, US Central time):
- First reply to any support email — within 1 business day
- Account access, billing or data-request issues — within 1 business day
- Confirmed bug affecting core functionality — fix shipped in the next release cycle
- Security reports — acknowledged within 48 hours
- Privacy and deletion requests — completed within 30 days
6.Troubleshooting first steps
These resolve most reports before you need us:
- Update to the latest version of the app from the App Store
- Force-quit and relaunch, then confirm your device is on a supported iOS version
- Check your network connection — the app needs connectivity to sync
- For a missing purchase, use Restore Purchases with the Apple ID you bought it on
7.Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export or delete your data, email privacy@debouillet.com or follow the account deletion instructions. We verify ownership before acting and confirm in writing when it is done.
8.Accessibility
Artifact Vault is built to work with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion. If any part of the app is difficult to use with assistive technology, tell us at support@debouillet.com — accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not feature requests.
9.Feature requests and roadmap
Send ideas to support@debouillet.com with "feature request" in the subject. We read every one, group them by theme, and prioritize the ones that unblock the most people. We cannot commit to timelines, but we will tell you if something you asked for ships.
